While Birkenstocks may be the sartorially dream of comfortable footwear, I picked up my pair of sliders from Penneys (Primark) for €5 and they’re unbelievably comfortable.  I love the effortless and laid -back aesthetic of slider mules. I  picked up this sheer overlay top in the Zara sale a couple of weeks ago, the Zara sale is always my favourite and I was really happy with this find in particular. I also love the neck line of the top which I’ve been seeing on the high street quite frequently as of late.  I teamed the outfit with simple light-wash denim shorts and a caped leather jacket to  keep warm for the evening.

At the weekend I went for a night away in Breaffy Resort in Mayo and wore this laid back summer outfit for a walk around the beautiful hotel grounds.  We had such a relaxing stay, it’s always so nice just to get away for a night. I hope you all had a lovely weekend.
